Einführung
Seit Jahren verkünden im Entwicklungsbereich tätige Institutionen wie die Weltbank oder die Vereinten Nationen, unter Berufung auf ihre eigenen Daten und Statistiken, einen „bemerkenswerten und beispiellosen“ Fortschritt in der Reduzierung der globalen Armut. In the present paper, it should be primarily concerned, as a first step briefly the various currently prevailing methods for measuring poverty and the different definitions of the same to enter into, and then show that they all lead to more or less inferior results when it comes to producing possible more accurate picture of poverty in this world and that their underlying facts and data are sometimes completely random, which is also applicable also to the different definitions of poverty in poor and rich countries. For example, in the U.S. someone is considered poor if it less than a certain amount of money is available, which is calculated from its minimum food expenditure in the EU and someone falls into the category "Poor" if he or she earns less than sixty percent of average income, while people in poor countries, already no longer classified as poor if they have less than a dollar a day - what a highly questionable definition of poor is.

It's completely absurd to accuse a man like Guttenberg, he used dead soldiers to distraction purposes. It is true that the media are to blame. They ignore the dead soldiers in shameful manner to discredit a respectable politician. Irresponsible is that!
