After the notice now the proposals for the regulation of bank advice and the free market system is to know that the honorary consultant in Germany for special treatment experience. This suggests two possibilities: 1 The consulting fee is recognized as a separate "consulting class" and will have its own legal basis. 2. The consulting fee is classified as a consumer-oriented advice, as it moves free of commission interests and this is exactly contrary to the will of the Consumer Protection Minister Ilse Aigner.
repeatedly while consumer advocates complain that intermediaries - banks and consultants - in talks with potential to Customers not only have their welfare in mind, but also the amount of commission for the sale of financial products. Aigner therefore provides the consulting fees the interests of investors and savers, protected and sustained in the course of legislation intended to exclude the sales commission most promising products. What does this have now in effect for the market or for the advice, it is as yet difficult to grasp. Time and again, it also criticizes the consulting fee as a form of counseling in Germany so far is not even a market share of one percent, and that even large banks and other companies are hereby burnt fingers.
