2010 Echo Backpack Blower

Hey You,

so there are not many people know somehow, I do not even want any rubbing under his nose, that I decided a few days ago not to eat meat. Why, why, why, and so I will not employ me here, I have reasons though, but oh well - what justification for what I do if I am not sure justify why I like nice weather? I just like

:-) Anyway, I've thought for me that I always write down what I have so cook and bake and cook. To later times have a large pool of great recipes. For example, a delicious cream of wheat mixed with fresh fruit, vegetables with bulgur, millet pancakes, etc.

This noon I had tried this recipe for the meal, I just. What can I say? To me it tastes Supergut!

A Noodle Tofu pan with soy sauce, curry & Co.

ingredients :
× 1 pack of butter vegetables
· broccoli
× 1 small can of red beans
· 500g wholemeal pasta
· tofu
° is somewhat rice milk
° is somewhat gravy
· parsley (fresh or frozen )
· soy sauce
· vegetable broth
· Curry, China Spice

cook the pasta in scalding water.

same al dente in a pan with some water the vegetables in butter and cook the broccoli. Tofu in a small pan fry something to give. Also add beans (rinse first). In short, everything back to the boil.

Sprinkle with soy sauce, broth, curry, spice and salt to taste China (quiet nicely spicy!).

add parsley. When the noodles are al dente, mix with the vegetables, season to taste again shortly.

Done!
