Niemand konnte sie finden und den einzigen „Freund“, den sie hinzugefügt hat, war ein ehemaliger Kollege – Christian Schmidtmann. Von ihm hatte sie auch von den Problemen erfahren.

Wie in Werne gab es nach einiger Zeit auch hier Gruppen, in denen Schüler und Lehrer diffamiert wurden, teils mit sehr drastischen Mitteln. Frau Boer sah die Sache jedoch differenziert. „Viele sind sich nicht bewusst darüber, welche Konsequenzen es haben kann, was sie da schreiben. Selbst auf Seiten der 5.-Klässler habe ich schon Gruppen gefunden, die gegen Lehrer gerichtet waren. Das hat mich wirklich schockiert.“
